Shilajit (she-la-jeet, roll the “j”) is a thick, oil-like substance that exudes from the Altai range in Russia (where this product is sourced from, also the highest quality shilajit), the Himalayas, the Andes and several places throughout the Rocky Mountains.
The name originates from Sanskrit meaning “Conqueror of Mountains” or “Destroyer of Weakness”. It contains 85 trace minerals in naturally occurring proportions, carbon 60 and primarily consists of humic and fulvic acids.
Directions: Add 2-3 grams to your morning tea or coffee. Take daily for maximum benefit. Container size: 2 ounces.
